Gain Freedom From Anxiety
I work with adults, teens, children and families to help them cope with and heal from anxiety, depression, stress, and trauma.
Life can be challenging and stressful. There are many distractions and struggles to overcome each day.
Anxiety is a normal part of life, but when it feels overwhelming and does not subside, it can become problematic.
Therapy can be a guide to reclaiming balance and peace. I work with clients to approach difficult situations with confidence and find the strengths within themselves to manage life’s worries and stresses.
Struggling With Depression?
Feelings of depression are burdensome and can affect how we manage our day to day life, relationships and responsibilities. Therapy can help you move forward in finding value, importance and identifying interests in your life. Recognizing and healing from past traumas or difficult life experiences that contribute to feelings of sadness and being stuck are also an important part of therapy.
Which Season Are You In?
We tend to walk through various seasons of life emotionally. The good news is, if you are in a difficult season, it shouldn’t last forever. I can help give you hope and train you on tools to press forward to new seasons in life.
Getting outside for Mind + Motion Therapy can offer greater perspective observing the natural seasons, talking through things, and getting exercise at the same time.
